The service was great. I was seated promptly and wait staff came quickly to take my drink order. The food was served exactly as I ordered and looking delicious. The biscuits here are the best anywhere — fluffy and moist— soak up egg perfectly. I loved the Belgian waffle with fruit. The fruit was fresh and arranged nicely on top. I love breakfast here. And parking is easy.
Biscuits are deliciously fluffy and perfectly baked. I got the page turner and she got the staple. Both were excellently cooked, and the jalapeño pimento cheese is a must. So good.
The matcha wasn’t bad, but you’re really here for the sandwiches which are top tier. The Tea is unsweetened and they have simple syrup for you to sweeten your own sweet tea which is just genius.
Food was amazing and great atmosphere! The grits are unique and something to write home about. The menu is very diverse and there’s something for everyone. Coffee was great, too. I’m a little of a coffee snob 😜will be back!
If in Athens.....don't miss the best breakfast around. So good we came back the next day. Unfortunately someone said to try another place (I will not name) that was supposed to have great biscuits and grits......nope, Flying Biscuits were the best by far. So friendly also.
First time being for breakfast and it was amazing!! I was very impressed with the food and service. We did have an incident where the glass we were given had some grits in it but our waiter immediately changed it out without any hesitation
