Texas Roadhouse

Texas Roadhouse. Land of the wonderful cinnamon butter rolls, and the even more tender and wonderful waiters. I went to the Athens, GA location and was waited on by John, and my life has never been the same. I frequently return for my fair share of rolls, and even fairer share of eye candy. I watch as John delivers my meal and sweet tea to my table, asking if everything came out alright, and it does every time. The broccoli is steamed to perfection. The steak is a perfect medium, with juice dripping off of the sides. The fries come crisped to perfection. The sweet tea is the perfect amount of refreshing and sweetness mixed together. But there’s still one thing missing. It’s John. If only he would just sit and spoon feed me my meal, then my dinner and life would be complete. Ladies if you need a husband and some good food, look no further than Athens Texas Roadhouse.

There was an hour wait for a reason! Everything was so good. Our steaks were cooked perfectly, drinks kept refilled, and plates cleared fast! We got three meals each out of our food. Definitely worth it!

The food was fantastic! I ordered the grilled chicken salad but was served a fried chicken salad. Normally, I would have sent it back but, it was just calories. The portion was more than enough, I loved that the dressing was not on the salad but served in a 'use as little as you like' cup! Their strawberry lemonade is better than any lemonade I have tried. I'm kinda old so I have tried a lot of lemonade. The waitress was sweet and on top of her job. Some forget they are customer service.
I enjoyed my entire visit.

I can only say great things about this place. The staff is overly friendly and “it’s not fake” they seem to really enjoy working at Texas Roadhouse. The food is great. Every hour the staff does a really cute dance, it’s quite entertaining. What’s great is the manager is right there dancing along with them which is pretty cool. A dining experience enjoyed.
