Cheeseburger Bobby's

Place was packed on a Saturday afternoon understandably so. Cashier was friendly but spoke so fast. Another girl who works here I guess really didn't want to be here. She had such an attitude. I asked her for something simple and she wasn't in the mood to help. I get it... sometimes we have our days. The ice maker was running low and she came over with her attitude to fix the machine, but while she heading to the machine she gave people dirty looks, looking them up and down like "get out my way" kind of attitude. She seemed to be having a hard time being at work today. Hopefully I don't have to come back, but if I do, I'll make sure she's not there on that day. Don't like posting negative stuff about people since we all need a job, but her attitude should be better.

The food is good. I go there for their veggie burger, which is okay. I wish they would upgrade to the beyond burger/impossible burger. Fries are great and the burger toppings are fresh. Prices are reasonable too. Don't go on Sundays, at least until the church crowd clears out.

They have lots of options, and although they have specials, I typically just go for the regular and add my own toppings at the self-service bar to the side. Usually I'll add their Bobby's Sauce, which is a mayo-based sauce. The peach tea is a nice touch. This time around the sweet tea was a little off, and the fries were cut so short that I basically had to eat them with a fork if I wanted to spend less than 45 minutes eating them one by one.

This was out first time visiting a couple days ago and they had the best customer service out there. The food was of course amazing... burgers were delicious(could’ve been less greasy, but what do you expect from fast food?) Aside from that, all employees were absolutely astounding. They checked on us constantly, occasionally walked around with mints and extra fries!! I believe I got most of everyone who was working that day and their names were Cassy, Austin, Madison, and I believe there was another Austin. There were a few others I didn’t get the chance to talk to, but if you happen to have these guys serve you, expect amazing food and customer service. All around amazing place to stop by if you are driving through Hiram. 10/10 recommend to anyone and everyone.. will be visiting soon again!
