Jim 'N Nick's Bar-B-Q

I go here quite often! I took my boyfriend here for his birthday and took my grandma as well! Their food was not salty at all, their ribs are so tender, cabbage and macaroni n cheese to die for! The best part is their cheese biscuits. You can't go wrong.

Last Friday night was our first time at Jim 'N Nick's Bar-B-Q. I was blown away! Our server, Savannah was beyond amazing. Knowing it was our first time eating here she gave us a real quick history of how Jim 'N Nick's came about. She was so professional and sweet our whole visit; her smile was contagious. The restaurant was very busy, but we didn't have to wait to be seated, or wait very long on our order. The entire experience, and food was hands down 5 stars. We even got a piece of pie (of our choice) on the house for being first timers.

Arrived 7pm on a Friday night party of 2, no wait immediate seating. Very friendly service who was very knowledgeable of the menu. Food kitchen to table was very fast. Huge portions excellent quality. Best Carolina BBQ sauce ever. Manager visited the table and welcomed us to the restaurant.. a must return location.

This is a busy place at dinner time. The food took a while to come out but it was worth the wait. I had the pulled pork plate, beans and a baked potato. The pork was excellent, best I have had in a while. The pickles on top of the port contrasted The original bbq sauce quite nicely. The beans were great and the potato was good.

The reason for four stars instead of five is that I requested some more butter and sour cream and never received it. Otherwise the staff were friendly and generally attentive. Will definitely go back just for the pork if nothing else.

Hope Steven is your waiter. He serves & entertains! Food is great and for dessert the banana pudding is not bad. Close to home made but needs more cookies. A good day was made better by Steven. Thanks!!!
