Chick-fil-A

This was by far one of the most surprising and wonderful experiences I've had at a restaurant. Despite what I've read and listened to in popular media, it wasn't anything disapproving or harmful. I'm actually in love with the restaurant now due to their excellent customer service. Very genuinely happily surprised.

Excellent and fast service. Always helpful and I've never had them mess up an order.

Always fast even when there's a line. Delicious Mac and cheese! Just wish they had an option for cookies that were gluten free and vegan ????

The Hiram location really should consider working on their traffic patterns. It makes service slower with the backed up cars. But, the service and food is good!

It was very busy when we went. They tried to handle the front lines efficiently. The staff needed to pay more attention to the customers they were dealing with rather than everyone else. Maybe they would have gotten our order correctly if they had. Otherwise, the lobby staff were very good at cleaning tables as they emptied and were very attentive to the customers as they ate.
