Taco Mac Hiram

We had a fantastic experience tonight at Taco Mac! Our server was Cade and the service was phenomenal. My drink stayed full, the tea was delicious, the food was hot and overall it all tasted great. The kitchen needs a little work but this place is new. I was very impressed at the attention I witnessed every table receiving! My husband and I will be back for sure!

It's amazing to me the ones who are rating this Taco Mac 1 Star, when some of them (most of them) didn't even dine in or carry out. This Taco Mac opened 2 days ago (Monday April 5th) as I expected, they were extremely busy due to it being brand new with everyone flooding in. NEWSFLASH PEOPLE.. it's brand new and while the employees have been trained, some of them had not experienced a rush like that before and definitely not in that particular store. It's new, there will be some growing pains, but my wife and I experienced a very busy, but very polite waitress, who while was very busy.. she took our orders for beer and food and everything come out very fresh and accurate. To be as busy as they were, I honestly expected there to be at least one error in the good or beers, but it was accurate, fresh and delicious. The wings were cooked perfectly like we asked for,, the fries were fresh and the beer was cold.The manager made rounds to ask and check if everything was up to standards and was a super nice guy. People need to understand that a new restaurant will have some issues as they get settled in and make adjustments, but if you didn't even eat there.. do you really have a reasoning to rate them low??
Taco Mac, my wife and I thought you guys/gals did a great job at handling a very tough day with a very large crowd and wait. We will be back to support this store without a doubt!

Our experience was awesome thanks mostly to our wonderful server, Caleb! The wait was quoted at an hour and we got the text about 57 minutes later saying our table was ready. All of the food was delicious and came in a timely manner. Atmosphere was much better than other taco macs we have been to. We will definitely go back!

My husband and I ate lunch here today and it was delicious. The restaurant is new to this area so it's nice to have another option. I had mild hot wings with celery and carrots and ranch dressing my husband had a hamburger and fries we also had fried pickles. Everything was delicious and the waitress was great!
