“Kudos to Jerry's. My wife is allergic to Styrofoam cups, so she cannot drink coffee from a Styrofoam cup. We have always a brought ceramic cup to Jerry's when we eat there but this Saturday, January 14, 2023, I noticed something new. Jerry J's is now using cardboard cups! Really, it is a big deal. Thanks, Jerry J's. Now, bring back the omelets. Can't give you five stars without omelets!”

The employee taking orders was rude and sounded frustrated with the people in the car ahead of us, the car behind us, and with us. Everyone was placing clear and simple orders so I think she is just a very unhappy employee or she has a bad disposition. Visited lunchtime on 10/12/19.”

“Great fast service!! I walked in and the front counter lady was very nice. She took my order as she multitask with a phone call. Our food came out amazing, hot and on time. A young man walked on the other side just to hand it over to me. He smiled. The guy making the pizza... yeh the kids were entertained by him! They loved the steps where they were able to walk up and actually watch him. He was cool about it as well. We would definitely come back! Thank you.”

“I'll give it three stars. The food was actually really good and the staff is nice. The resturant looks a little sketchy inside as its dimly lit and in disrepair. From the outside there are literally piles of trash pushed up on and against the sidewalk from the parking lot sweeper that no one bothers to pick up so it makes what could be a nicer place a little better. By the way, its July and in reference to the sign on your door, Merry Christmas to you too.”

“There are few burger restaurants that smell as good as Burger King when you are standing outside and catch a whiff of the smoke from their grill, which is a shame because the burgers never taste as good as that smell. They are good; I enjoy one when I get one; but they never taste as good as that smell. In the past I have seldom frequented the local BK, and that disappointment is one of the reasons, but the primary reasons are because of the general condition of that restaurant and the poor service. If my presence and my cash in your restaurant annoy you and you make that clear to me, I can easily accommodate you and never spend another dime with you. After my last visit several months ago, I said I would not return, but I wanted a burger and I had forgotten my previous bad experience until I was opening the door to enter the restaurant. I almost stopped and left but went in anyway. What a pleasant surprise! The place is remodeled, clean, spacious, and comfortable. We were greeted immediately with, "I'll be right with you", as the young lady scurried to deliver a bag of food to the window and hustled right back to us. I like to joke around and have fun, and she played right along with me. I thanked her for that. She took our order, made sure she understood it, and went right to work on it. In just a few moments we were enjoying hot food that tasted really good...almost as good as that smell; closer than it ever had before. As we were leaving, we expressed our gratitude and surprise at the difference from our previous experiences. We also pointed out a problem with the drink machine and the lady went right to work correcting the problem. I assured her we would be back and we will; much sooner than I ever intended to.”

“This place is another location of a Tex-Mex restaurant that started in a nearby city. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner at his second location and discovered a man who genuinely loves his work but, more importantly, genuinely loves his customers. I initially felt his meals were over-priced, and then I ate one. I am happy to pay for such delicious food in such volume. I've eaten at similar restaurants but never left there as satisfied as I always am at Surcheros. There will always be crew turnovers in restaurants, but the folks at Surcheros have been consistently service-oriented, going above and beyond to satisfy the customer. That is extremely hard to maintain in any business that seeks to reproduce itself, but especially in the food service industry. I am SO happy to see Surcheros come to my hometown. I'll never be able to frequent there as much as I wish to, but I am confident I will always enjoy every visit and leave each time full and satisfied. And I failed to take any pictures because I was well into enjoying every mouthful before even thinking about photos.”
