First Watch

I'm giving 3 stars with the understanding this place is brand new. New kitchen and new staff is always challenging. And I hope to change my review on the future. With that said:
The Bad- we were told an hour wait and it took an hour and 25 minutes (we had a party of 10). The staff is obviously new and struggling to keep up with the traffic so the service wasnt great or timely but the people were nice. Biggest issue was the cleanliness. My first glass came out with lipstick on the rim and subsequent glasses came out just as dirty looking. I know glasses get dry marks on them but a lot of those glasses just looked crusty. Same can be said for the silverware. They ended up servicing the table with plastic to go cups. All in all we got there at 10:40 and didn't leave until 1:20. If you have a larger group, consider somewhere else.
The good-the food is the redeeming factor here. Everyone enjoyed their meals when they finally got out. Everyone also said they would give the place another shot in 3 or 4 months when the service is better established and they have their liquor license.

I'm will start off by saying that if your in a big vehicle good luck finding a spot when they are busy. The inside is nice and comfortable and the staff is polite. I was sat at the bar and normally that's a faster way to go if your by yourself. Nope not here I waited seemed like forever for service and so I just ended up getting a small meal and that took forever as well. But thanks to Stewart my food was taken care of so that was a plus. I'll have to try this place little later when they have been open for awhile longer because the food is amazing just not the service.

I haven’t even gone yet and I’m already giving a review. This was my FAVORITE brunch spot in Ohio. I got super happy when I drove past and saw one open in my city! I called to make sure it’s open for business and Susan who answered the phone was wonderful and welcoming in our brief conversation. I just know the rest of the team will continue the vibe. If you’re hesitating, go now. First Watch has delicious food with amazing service. I haven’t had a bad experience yet.

I'm probably the first person to review this place...so here it goes! My husband just finished building this fine cafe six days ago. I witnessed it come to life and was was one the first to sample the food. The selections here are so incredibly HEALTHY and delicious. The First Watch prides itself on FRESH FRESH FRESH ingredients so you know it's GOOD! I hope y'all will consider eating here. Vegans and meat eaters will delight in this menu.

We loved everything about First Watch. The staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable about the menu choices. The coffee is great. They have a lot of healthy options. The avocado toast is really good. The frittatas are great. I haven’t had anything that wasn’t good. This is a great breakfast spot!
