Urban Air Adventure Park

Some staff are trying, but most are just teenagers who are mentally checked out. As such, the attractions become quite chaotic during peak hours. The staff can also be down right rude when asking a question or trying to get them to enforce the rules.
The prices are too high for what you get. The VR experience is usually not working fully, the laser tag kits are wonky at times, and not all the bumper cars are working. Even if everything was working, the prices are still steep.
The place looks enormous from outside and the stock photos online can be misleading. It is a large space but it is poorly utilized. As a result the novelty can wear off quite quickly.

The kids loved this place! They ran around nonstop. They have so many different games including laser tag, bumper cars, zip line, climbing wall and several others. The price for access to all the games is a little high, we went on a special night with a reduced price. I liked the music they played, it was nice and cool inside. Staff was friendly. The only thing we didn't try was the food because the kids wouldn't stop playing long enough.

Great service and so much fun for the family!! Thursdays offer a family package at a great discount! I highly recommend this place!

First time here and kids are having a blast 3 hours later. The facilities are spotless. Only critique is that we arrived at 11, when they opened, and it took until 11:40 for all the attractions to be fully staffed. Next visit I’ll probably arrive at noon since kids were very excited and had to wait to begin playing on everything for awhile. Overall definitely recommend!

Took my niece and nephew who are 8 almost 9 year old twins, and stayed from 11 am to 6 pm.

The staff there were awesome people who let them enjoy longer than the 3 hour limit. *No guarantees though that this will happen, but it was in my experience.

In comparison to other indoor entertainment for kids it definitely is worth it for the price you are paying, and for the amount of time you are allowed to be there.

Even an active adult can have fun here. May have a little pain later, but time spent with your children or nieces and nephews is priceless and something they will always remember when they get older.
