“C'est la Vie was a wonderful dining experience!! From the time we entered this pop-up restaurant in downtown Augusta, we felt welcome! The wine list was extensive and our server, Clark, was attentive and professional! I highly recommend the Carre d'agneau (rack of lamb) and the Rib-eye steak. The owners came over to greet us and chat, and they were delightful. This little gem, in the Ramada on Broad, is worth the visit. Be sure to go before it leaves Augusta!!”

“Attended Grand Opening 5/13 and enjoyed a wonderful meal. Patio was not available, but when open will offer a great outdoor experience. They have a very large bar capable of handling more than 30 people. Had the Combo A , 2 Crab Clusters, 1/2 lb shrimp, potatoes and corn (nixed the egg). Server did a great job on a really busy night. Kitchen was on point and food was perfectly cooked. Look forward to more delectable meals here!”

“The restaurant was clean and the owner was very courteous in taking my order. While waiting for my food (lemon pepper wing combo) to cook, he offered me a sample of their fried rib with Nuk sauce. The Nuk sauce is sweet, not spicy and the fried rib was very tasty!”

“We decided to do Valentine's dinner at Toaste. This was our first time there. There was a miscommunication with our reservation but Dominic (the owner) opened it up a whole hour early to accommodate our dinner plans! He blew us away with his understanding and accommodations. 5 stars!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ OH and that Shrimp Scampi ...out of this world!! 🤤🤤 There was so much flavor. Great atmosphere and his staff was so friendly. Highly recommend!”

“Very nice place, great aesthetic. Kind staff. The food is excellent. I know people may complain about the price but I don’t mind paying for experience. It’s very different for Augusta and we need more of that!”

“Broth is very good and not oily. The pork &shrimp Spring rolls were very fresh! Management is sweet and establishment is clean. Prices are really good for a great amount of food. I've ate at every pho place in Augusta, and I thought Bang mi dang in Evans was good but this place is better. The Thai tea and that coffee is not overly sweet too.”

“Great food; kind people; and just a really relaxing and welcoming atmosphere is what you'll find here. You even connect with random strangers you meet (fellow customers), all while respecting the health and safety of others during this time. Whether you identify as vegan, vegetarian, a meat eater, something in between, or are a "no labels" kind of person, you'll find something you love at Humanitree House. I consider it less of a restaurant and more like an experience. And it's not just because it fits in with what others might consider the cool artsy place to hang out. Those opinions (including mine, perhaps) I hope entice you to check it out. But then you'll get there and have your own experience that trumps any trend-driven ideations. Love, love, love!”

“I highly recommend checking this place out! After reading that this is a franchise based out of Virginia, I knew it would be amazing and I wasn't wrong. The fried shrimp and chicken baskets were so tasty, the collards and greens beans were perfectly seasoned. The restaurant was clean, the employees were kind and polite, and the owner came out to check on me to ensure I was having a good experience. Being from South Florida, its been hard to find seafood up to my standards here in Augusta, and I will definitely be back to try out more. Definitely worth the trip if you live outside of Hephzibah!”
