(August 17, 2019, 9:31 am)O"Charley"s is a great resteraunt with excellent menu choices and prices...but the customer service there made my experience Phenomenal!!! From the hostess who went the extra mile to get us seated, to the waiter (Manny) who made me and my sister feel like we were his top priority. O"Charley"s was Outstanding!!!!!

(August 11, 2019, 3:04 pm)Service was too slow. The air conditioning had the restaurant too cold. I'm not a person that gets cold easily. My order was not correct and I had to wait more for them to correct the person.
The server tried, but you could tell she was not properly trained. If a customer tells you he's cold and orders hot decaf coffee, then you don't wait 10 minutes to deliver the coffee. Then the coffee was delivered without creamer. There was no silverware - we had to ask for it. Will not be back.
