“I’ve been coming to this place a very long time, but I’ve noticed a decline in the customer service and the appearance of the sitting area. I understand that you may get extremely busy, but please make sure someone is also taking care of the sitting area. Normally I would give a 5 star rating, but until I see improvement, I would be doing a disservice to you and your company. Also please make sure your associates are a little more focus on the customers and getting them out the door and having personal conversations that are not relevant to what the customer are ordering. Speed and accuracy is key. When we come, we tip VERY WELL and we would like to receive the same service in return. Just wanted to point out a few things from a customer stand point!!
