Applebee's Grill + Bar

Honestly it depends on what time you go. I've been during the day and it's been great. I've went a few times at night and it's been subpar. The Long Island's are amazing though.

Atmosphere is predictable and pleasant. I went in early so there were few customers. The menu was disappointing in that there are no vegetarian options. The best they could do was offer me something and leave off the meat. The server said that used to have veggie burgers years ago and veggie plates but discontinued them because they did not sell. Probably management at a corporate level should look at adding more meat - free options. The baked potato was huge and delicious but had a black spot that had not been cut off and there was a fairly large portion a black potato that occupied part of the inside. The oriental chicken salad without the chicken was plentiful, crispy, and nice and fresh. It would have been better if the dressing was on the side, because there was way too much of it for my taste. Even though it was good, I would have liked other options. Even the pasta was such that I would have ended up with pasta with a white sauce and no option of veggies to put in it to add flavor and nutrition. No complaints, but not as good as I had hoped for. You may guess that this is the first time I had eaten there in a long time.

I don’t live in this part of Georgia but I was visiting a friend and I came to eat here with my son. Everything was super yummy and well priced but what really won me over was our hostess Katie! She was fantastic! I liked that she introduced herself and even took the time to be polite and kind to my son who is 6. She seemed like a very hard worker and was so pleasant! I will be back!
