Logan's Roadhouse

The food is excellent here - what you expect from a Roadhouse restaurant. The service here was equally appealing. The waitress was very attentive to our needs! Great service!

I love Logan's as a chain. However, the Tifton restaurant is usually struggling. There are always people waiting for tables and if the staff would clean of tables then those patrons could be seated. The wait staff usually claim the reason for this is they don't want to back up the kitchen staff. That makes zero sense. First of all, don't build a restaurant to the capacity size if the kitchen staff can't handle the numbers. Second, hire more staff to handle the numbers. Speaking of kitchen staff, they don't seem to be able to handle the small number of patrons because the food is either severely overcooked, cold, or the order is wrong.
I am very rarely so critical of any restaurant, but this last experience the night before Mother's Day was the final straw. I will give props to our waitress & the bartenders.

Our waitress was very attentive and nice. She kept our drinks full too. Food arrived fresh and hot!! Not a long wait either. My food was delicious!

Our server was okay but she forgot several things. The kitchen was very slow getting our meals to us. Our server told us the manager was trying to get the kitchen staff to move faster with the orders. My prime rib was very salty in spots but otherwise good. My mom liked her steak but didn't care for the coleslaw because it was in huge pieces and had no flavor. My dad enjoyed his rack of ribs. The peanuts are good to munch on while your waiting.
