“After a long night drive and sleeping in the car at a rest area. My family got hungry. I've been to a lot of Waffle Houses in my day but never this one. Some are dirty, unfriendly, and poor service. This one is one of the best. Went with a group of seven and sat right away. Order my drink and it was out right away. Notice them starting to get busy but they always stopped to welcome the new customers. They had tables cleaned off right away for the new customers. Food came out and everyone enjoyed it. She filled my coffee up three times without me asking for some more. Thank you all that work there!”

“I really love this place. It was the 4th of July that I ordered a pizza and it was a little doughy. It wasn't a problem at all. I called and spoke to a guy by the name of John. and he apologized, he was VERY polite and understanding with fixing my order. I was just astonished by how sweet and polite this fella was! Despite him working hard in the back on a holiday, he kept a great attitude, and made me a delicious pizza that is always cut perfectly! To be honest, I was stumped to find out that the lady behind the counter was the manager, I thought Mr. John was! Well, he should be anyways. Go John!”

“I know you’re not supposed to eat the skin, but my two piece dark meal was so good - skin and all. The skin on the thigh & drumstick was crunchy, and a little spicy. The chicken was also tender, moist, and tasty. I only had one side - the dirty rice. It was towards the end of the tray, but it was still tasty and moist. The staff who waited on us were friendly & gracious. One of the drink selections was out of order. It was also the water selection, and water is all I drink. Most of the tables were clean, as was the two stall ladies room with soap and paper towels.”
