“Really good bbq at Papa Bucks. Great service, and food comes out quickly. Decent variety of food. Depending on the time, parking can be tight. Not a lot of tables to sit at so its usually pretty packed at lunch. The brisket is really good. The Scooby snacks are good also. Even though it's self service on the drinks, the staff will offer to get your refills when they come by. Don't let the look of the outside fool you (Looks kinda like an old gas station) , stop in for a meal. You won't be disappointed”

“I had given this restaurant 1 star on my last review a couple of weeks ago but I had to update it to to 5 stars. Once I put my review on her someone from the office contacted me in regards to my review. The manager Joel listened to all my complaints and told me if i would give him another chance to make it right that he would. Well I went back about 2 days later and he kept his word and the food was the best I had ever had from Captain D's. So in short if you've had a bad experience here before don't base your opinion on that because the manager is making some changes and I can see he is turning the store around...in a good way. Enjoy!”

“A group of us recently visited J & B's and was very please. I had the surf and turf and it was one of the best I've had. The steak was very tender and the shrimp was seasoned perfectly. The service was amazing. Later we found out if was the manager that was our waitress. I cant remember her name but she definitely lead by example. We will definatly go back.”
