“Our daughter had a job interview in the area. We had traveled from East Tennessee to get to the interview and after it was over, we were really hungry. Looking on the web for good BBQ we found Miller Brothers Rib Shack. Let's just say we didn't have any problems with hunger after our visit!! The service was friendly and the restaurant had a family "feel" to it. The food was really good!! I have to brag on the Brunswick Stew-man was it good!! Hearty, steamy, with a little kick to it. Just delicious!! Ribs were smoky and fall off the bone tender. Pulled pork was smoky and paired really well with a great sauce!! The sides were all very tasty (mac n" cheese was my favorite)!! The people there asked about us and really made us feel welcome. If you want really good food with a great experience, Miller Brothers Rib Shack is a can't miss in the Dalton area!!”

Last night my food was wrong because the place was packed all at once due to an event near by and this was the only place open . The water however was very nice and had it fixed in no time . “I've been to this location dozens of times but only a handful since the remodel and the food and service is as good now as its ever been. The hostess was quick with seating us and once we put in our orders our food and drinks came quickly. The waitress was knowledgeable and friendly. Once our dinner was done and we paid and left we forgot one of our to go containers, as we were pulling away she comes running out to our car and makes sure we have our togo box. The staff go above and beyond to make sure your time there is enjoyable. Looking forward to going back soon.”

The worker at the counter was complaining about a lady who was waiting on her food at the drive-thru so they took the lady her food and the lady was holding a baby. The lady pulled forward and put the baby in a car seat. The worker at Bojangles was raising her voice thanking the lady did not buckle the child in but she was wrong but she was speaking so the whole restaurant could hear her. Saying the woman is in human for not buckling up the baby. She was wrong. She should be reprimanded for her action.”

“Great food, RUDE employees. Had 3 people ask if I was sure on what I wanted, then they complained because they were going to have to drop more fries. Then just threw them straight from the deep fryer basket into the bag. By the time I got home 2 of the 3 paper bags were so soaked in grease, because they didn't put them in the cups, that the bags had ripped.”
