“First time visiting Carter's Fried Chicken in Rochelle on May 22, 2021. The staff was very friendly. We ordered a plain chicken thigh sandwich, chicken meal, and a burger meal. It was the best! Chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The fries were seasoned to perfection. The tea was sweeten just right. My husband is hard to please. So if he says something is really good, it's good! This place will be on our list to revisit.”
