“I have been ordering here at least once a month for years. In those four years, I have only had two mistakes. The first one was several years ago and was caught at my front door. The driver apologized, drove back to the store, and returned with the missing part within 10 minutes. The second mistake was missing sauce that irritated me but wasn't a deal breaker. The food is always hot, made correctly, and quickly delivered. The delivery people are always very nice and cheerful. Honestly, I don't go anywhere else for my pizza since I know they have consistently good food and great customer service.”

“This is a local spot in Woodstock- very unassuming, right next to a gas station. They have the best burgers and their French fries are addictive! All burgers are cooked medium, excellent flavor, and the fries can be sprinkled with various seasonings. I never was a chicken wing fan, until I had theirs! Also, they have great chicken fingers. “I've always ordered here never had a problem until they changed employees customer service went ???? real quick, decided to order food cause it was quick and good I wanted to order food for work but still wanted it fresh, all I asked was for a ceaser salad with dressing on the side and the manager (cause i know he's always been more then an employee) literally said we don't do that you either order a ceaser salad or you order nothing. That says that they don't care about their customer service as much they used to and that's sad. After tonight not recommending this place anymore to anyone. “It truly depends on what day of the week you visit this restaurant which will determine the kind of service you will receive when you purchase a meal. I've had excellent services where my sandwhich is toasted and delicious to eat. The employee makes sure the order is correct and out within eight minutes. On the other hand, there are also times where the service is terribly slow. One particular visit the young man failed to place the order in and apologized to the wrong customer, which an employee corrected him and said it was my party that deserved the apology but we never received one from him. There are times where the sandwhich falls apart and lack of items such as pickles and cups.”
