I like the Old Fashion Saimin. It's always fresh. I put all the toppings green onion, mustard cabbage, beansprouts, char Siu, fishcake. The soup is delicious. The other noodles are good too.

Sun Noodle Saimin and Udon comes with Dashi that's delicious. The noodles have good texture. Yakisoba fried with Veggies and sauce delicious. Chow Fun Noodles makes onolicious Chow Fun. Whatever noodle dish you want to make try Sun Noodles. Your dish will be delicious.

今のように海外にラーメンがそれほど知られても居ない時代。
ココで作っている麺と言えば中華で使うチャーメン用の焼きそば麺と
ハワイでおなじみのサイミンの麺しか作っていなくて
工場に行けば直売してくれました。
工場も製麺所といった感じで小さくてね。
ハワイに入港する度に港から歩いてよく買いに来た良い思い出。
