If you’re looking for a place that’s not too expensive and has a wide range of choices for breakfast, this is the place to go. They have omelettes, waffles, pancakes, burritos and more. The prices are decent for what you get.
They usually are pretty busy so I strongly suggest ordering ahead so you don’t have to wait.

Wow, the pancakes taste amazing. Quality of food is pretty nice and came out surprisingly quick for a busy as they were (came on a Saturday at 9:30am... PACKED)!

I would advise that if you are coming with a family larger than 4, anticipate waiting for a table or if you're in a rush, to get it TO-GO if it's packed. It's really not that big inside.

Also, parking can be a bit of a challenge due to the fact the restaurant is in a shopping plaza.

The BEST pancakes in this part of Oahu! This place has been here in the local area for a while now, and continues to make the customers happy with their fantastic service and delicious food. The family and I really love their piping hot pancakes in the morning with a side dish of spam on the side. Koa Pancakes also has free refills on coffee, so it’s great to grab a fresh cup of joe before leaving for the Dayan. Overall, one of the best places for breakfast on the leeward side of the island.

Great place to grab some breakfast, lunch, brunch, or whatever you're craving. This place is quite popular so be prepared for a wait. It will be worth it though. Tons of food options leave you clueless of what to eat unless you have your heart set on something prior to entering, but hey, choices are not a bad thing at all when it comes to food. I LOVE their sweetbread French toast. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Seating is limited and outside seating is available.
