Ok so this is for the restaurant.
Hopefully you will get a better service than we did. We are ending or orders here in Hawaii together tonight. We thought this would be the place to go. Food was good. Prime rib, crab legs......etc.
Service pitiful I've never met a more rude woman. She was straight up hateful to my girlfriend. We ordered two drinks before we ordered food. I was on my second plate before we received them. 93$ for a 36$ per plate. So she got her tip. Not willingly. She put all of us on one ticket. I think it was too get the tip no matter what.
Well all in all I'm going to miss the guys. I hate our last meal together was here.
Brunch is super good here every day of the week. Buffet style with omelet bar, drinks available to purchase, open air with ocean views. Discount for junior enlisted service members (E5 and below). From their website: The Hale Koa Hotel is an Armed Forces Recreation Center. All events (and dining) require a valid Active/Retired U.S. Military/DoD ID card or sponsor to attend.
Ate great breakfasts here daily using the breakfast package, and it was worth it.
Great place to start the day.
Seafood dinner was also great.
Staff is attentive and friendly. Prices are reasonable.
Sundays with crab legs and prime rib all you can eat... its unbelievable. Cannot recommend enough!
