Shaloha Pita

Always super tasty. I hear people complain about the price. Average plate is about $15. Keep in mind that one plate is TWO meals as the portions are extremely generous. Keep it up !

Very fresh. Pricey, a plate is around $13-$16 depending on what you order. There are also sandwiches and sides. I have had everything on the menu, and it is one of the places I have been to that I can say everything is good.

I usually get the shaloha plate. Being in college, this place is kinda pricey, but the amount of food you get is nuts. I can get two meals out of one order. (So about $8 a meal.)

Pro tip: if you rate them on yelp before hand, you can get a free lemonade on your first order.

The best Israeli food outside of Israel...but with aloha-sized portion generosity. One Shaloha Plate is enough for two average people, and everything is delicious! They also cater, but for take-out, it can't be beat. The actual shop is not designed for eating in, though you can, if you're determined.

Wow the food here is amazing! Super fresh and authentic. I’m pretty sure they make everything in house including the sauces. Even the pita is delicious, no preservatives according to the owner. If the quality and flavor of the food doesn’t blow you away the portion sizes will! 1 meal is big enough to easily feed 2 people. The plates are really good as well as the pita sandwiches. I tried the eggplant pita with falafel today and it was so good, loved the pickled cabbage inside! The owner served us and he was very friendly and took the time to explain all of the ingredients. He even gave us some of the lemon drink they make which I highly recommend!! What a great experience! I’ll definitely be back, it’s hard to find places with quality food like this!

I've been here on Oahu for a bit, and it took me quite awhile to find this gem of a restaurant. The food is authentic, tastes great, and the staff is very friendly.

You might run into issues trying to park here, so be mindful of when you go. Besides that, it's definitely a place to try. I had the Shaloha plate, and it was the right choice.
