Storto's Deli & Sandwich Shoppe

If you want a good sandwich made on soft bread and filled with meat and vegetables this is where you'll find it. Their sandwiches are better than Subway. They have a papaya seed dressing that I pour over my sandwich and it makes it taste even better. They also make salads if you're not in the mood for a sandwich.

They are located on the ground level of the Davis Pacific Center facing Queen Street. They open for breakfast and lunch. They mainly cater to the downtown crowd. The sandwiches come in 8 inch or 16 inch. If you are having a group lunch meeting, they make sandwich platters that are reasonably priced. Each platter contains 3 kinds of sandwiches and they're cut into 4 inch pieces. They do get busy at noon so I recommend calling in your order early if you have a short lunch break.

The delicious food and the great service make this one of my main go to places for lunch. The full sized makes 2 lunches and a snack or two so it's a good value for me.

better than subway! location is on the heart of downtown Honolulu so its a great place to go for lunch. hours are only from 10am - 4pm and its not a dine inn. you'll have to pick up and go. so I would recommend to call in your order. also you should try their papaya seed sauce which is a nice touch for your sandwich. it give it a nice wow to your taste buds!
