Bought a small platter of sashimi and a chirashi bowl and it was so good!!
Fresh, soft and delicious pieces of salmon and ahi. Come early to get whole fish.
Next time you're in the area, try them out!

This place is pretty tough to find. Enter the door that says "Moanalua 99" (if you navigate to Take's it will take you to an alley). Once inside, Take's is in the Ranch market section to your right. Use the picture below to find the right spot!

We ended up eating at sushi man because we were starving and couldn't find the right place (and there was a picture of it under the Google description so we got confused). Sushi man was decent but I wish we got to try Take's!

VERY FRESH FISH :) the ahi had a very clear, deep red color. I have recommended this place to many friends already and to my family

Wife loved the fresh sashimi, even though it was already packaged when she ordered. Fresher than what we would find in most pricy, "top" restaurants back on the mainland. Amazing food court price for the high quality.
