Yard House

The first night we went to Yard House, we missed happy hour by 10-15 minutes. We asked our server if he would let it slide, and after talking to management, we got the happy hour specials on beer and appetizers. Our server, Fred (aka Jordan), was very friendly and gave us recommendations about things we should do on the island during our stay. I highly recommend the chicken nachos and boneless wings, both were some of the best plates we had while vacationing in Hawaii. The second time we visited Yard House, we were greeted by the waitress, who we had met during a hike the same day - what are the chances. She gave us dessert on the house. if I had it my way, I'd go to Yard House for apps and drinks every night.

Yard House is a Waikiki favorite of mine. Never fails. Guaranteed great food and drinks. it wasn't after a year of eating there that I realized that it was a chain restaurant. I never would have guessed. It's great because they're open really late as well. So if you come in on the late flight and you're staying in Waikiki I recommend this place. However it can be a bit loud.

I can't tell which I love more. The beer or the food. I just got into drinking craft beer last year and let me tell you how excited I was to see all of the different beer taps. Sam 76 is hands down my favorite beer and they actually had it. There's something for everyone. If you never tried craft beer it doesn't hurt to try because the staff are extremely knowledgeable. More knowledgeable than I thought especially with the quantity of beers they had. I requested for a random flight of beers and each one was a perfect choice. The food was spectacular. Baked Mac and cheese appetizer was unlike something I've never tasted before. I went with 6 friends and tried each of their food and it was all of top quality. I would recommend this to anyone. This goes in my book of 6 stars

Amazing selection of beer, food was amazing. Love the lack of bright light. Got seated without waiting and my server was super friendly and helpful with the questions I had regarding the menu. Food came out quick and the appropriate temperature. Definitely will return often. We even had a free appetizer coupon that had expired and they allowed us to use it :)

I love dining at this restaurant. The food is great and the beer selection is beyond amazing! The server was great. He was quick to greet us to get our drinks. The food was perfect. It was cooked exactly like I wanted it and it was delicious. Will come back for more!
