Another used the thermometer to verify temperatures on the line were well outside of bacterial growth danger zones! Look, fast food restaurants are directed to do this and rarely do. The standards here are well above average and they should be commended for that. Bravo!”

Jack's Restaurant is truly a hidden gem located among the other restaurants in a strip mall. I've always just walked on by to eat somewhere else. Breakfast is served all day and is open until 2pm daily.”

“Saturday breakfast. My first time at this Waikiki location, near the Honolulu Zoo, and I actually like the way they cooked the food. Our server and person who took away our used plates were very pleasant and accommodating. I would have liked my sausages browner but I should have mentioned that when I ordered. It got busy minutes after we got our table so perfect timing for us. It is not a fine dining or even close to it but it was a pleasant experience for myself!”

“I've visited several Jersey Mike locations on island, but I frequent this location so much, it's a wonder they don't know my name already. I getting my sandwiches from here. I always get their Mike's Famous Philly Cheese steak with all its cheesy goodness and an ice cold Raspberry tea to wash it down with. If I come for the sandwich, I most certainly stay for the customer service. The guys at this location are all super nice and accommodating. I've never had a bad customer service experience at any of any Jersey Mike's location. Compared to Subway, they are little bit on the pricier side for a sandwich, but I think it is better in terms of the quality. If I have a choice between Jersey Mike's and Subway, 9/10 I'm going to pick Mike's. The only downside to this location is the parking can get kind of wacky during lunch time (which is usually when I go) and you have to fight people for parking stalls. But other than that, this location is pretty awesome.”
