IHOP

I had a much better experience today than on #nationalpancakeday. My order was taken right away and came out promptly.

There was little to no wait when we arrived. Waiting area was open and clean. We were attended to and seated quickly. Servers were friendly and came around often to check on us. Although it was posted near the waiting area, they did not share the specials. After we ordered the food came out in a timely manner. All items were well cooked and delicious. My husband and I had the split decision and my daughter the chocolate chocolate chip pancakes. Hot cocoa and cold brew vanilla (with refill) and water were also ordered and enjoyed.

Typical IHOP restaurants with your regular menu. It was pretty busy when we visited. We waited 20 minutes to get seated and over 45 minutes to get our food. The food was pretty good though.

Me and my family went to IHOP pearl city for dinner last week, and the service is amazing!!! Our waiter name Ken is very nice and very accommodating. What amazed us of him was that he has incredible memory! He remembered each tables order without a notepad. He is the best waiter we ever had! Thank you very much Ken for your wonderful service!

The food was excellent imo. I had the veggie spinach omelette add chicken. Awesomely cooked. The Chicken and Waffles were good. My son loved his food too and he’s picky. It was fairly slow at 1pm no crowd which was a plus for me. Our waitress Nelly was friendly and efficient.The only issue was the food took a little while longer than my wife expected, and she said the women’s bathroom wasn’t being up kept in a timely fashion, no toilet paper in the stalls, toilets were a bit dingy, not a fun thing to discuss during our meal but We make these sacrifices so you folks can get the real Scoops!! Haha anyway I would return and so would my Wife and Son.
