Cafe Rio Fresh Modern Mexican

I eat at this location often and the staff is normally polite but the other day they went above and beyond exceptional customer service. I want to give a shout out to Graci and Stephanie specifically for assisting me in making sure my order was correct. Both of these woman deserve a raise for their hard work and dedication to taking care of their customers.
Thank you 2, for your kindness and responsiveness in a busy restaurant setting. You made me feel as I was the most important customer in the store, which is very rare in this day and age.

Cafe rio is one of our favorite places to go. This location was clean and new. Staff was friendly. The food was good, but not as good as other cafe rio locations. The rice wasn’t cooked completely but we still enjoyed it. 8/10

First time at this brand (ever). Signed up for their loyalty and online ordering application. The application was very easy to get loaded and fully set up, ready to use.

The ordering process was extremely simple and logical in the progression. Having never eaten at this brand, EVERYTHING was new to me. Was ordering for my daughter's family (4 people) plus my wife and I. I was able to complete each individuals order almost as fast as they said it. VERY HAPPY WITH THE APPLICATION!!

I was sent a $5 coupon for signing up, which I was able to use on my first order. Not all places allow that, Thanks!

Including drinks & meals for 6 {and a double order of chips / salsa and Fresca) the total with tax was $101.36 (or $16.90 each.)

Everyone was full, and we had extra Chips & Salsa/Fresca when we finished.

Will return for another meal. Wish they had this brand near where we live in Yakima, WA.
