Paddles Up Poke Eagle

I had an amazing experience at Paddles Up Poké! The food is incredibly fresh and flavorful. I had a custom poke bowl, and it was the best I've ever had. The atmosphere is inviting, and the staff are super friendly.

Dan, the owner, even gave me a gift card, which was such a nice gesture. You can tell he really cares about his customers. Highly recommend this place—I'll definitely be back!

Paddles Up Poké is a local business and has really fresh ingredients with a large variety and it all tastes great! The menu has lots of different kinds of bowls and you can also create your own. Dan, the owner, is awesome and a supporter of many local endeavors and sports teams as well. I’d recommend you stop in for some poké, which would also support your local businesses!

I had the opportunity to stop by for lunch to scope out this new location, and they did not disappoint. I chose to go with the burrito style over a bowl, and it was delicious! I went for a build-your-own, spicy-savory combination that was perfect. I also got to try out my first ever Spam Musubi and was impressed. That blue rice is something else. The staff was friendly and easy-going, and I also had a moment to talk to the owner, Dan, about the new location and had a glimpse of the future of the Poké restaurant and what’s to come. I’m excited to see what they will bring to the Eagle location next. Paddles Up in Eagle is a 'must see/try’ spot. A welcoming atmosphere, delicious, fresh food to cater to anyone’s likes or needs, and don’t forget the mesmerizing jellyfish mural that is sure to catch anyone’s eye!
