Picked this spot for a birthday dinner, and it didn't disappoint. We were greeted right away, and our table was ready on time. The dining area is very comfortable and has a nice atmosphere with nice views of a small lake. The food was amazing! We tried the crab & shrimp ceviche and hot rock filet with baked potato. The mojito is also a nice choice to enjoy with dinner. Great spot!
We had an incredible experience at Coa Del Mar for our anniversary! The restaurant is so beautiful- from the moment you walk up you can tell it will be a good experience! All the staff were attentive and kind, I could tell everyone wanted to make sure we had a good experience. And the food!! Wow, the food. It was incredible. We will be back!
Finally made it to Coa Del Mar. My husband had the Chilean sea bass, which was beautifully presented, and reportedly delicious. I was at first disappointed to learn that they do not have a vegetarian/vegan menu readily available as Barbacoa does, but the chef suggested a vegan play on paella they could offer which turned out to be absolutely spectacular. The food, service, and atmosphere are amazing, glad to have a new yummy option in Eagle!
The food was amazing, I got the hit rock filet which just added to the incredible atmosphere. The staff got to us very quickly and we were served very fast, while we waited we even saw 2 groups of baby geese and their parents swimming in the pond just to our left. Also, I think I just have to mention the bathroom, I don’t know what it was about it but even the bathroom had the most mysterious atmosphere. 12/10 would recommend. My new favorite fine dining restaurant in all of Idaho.
First time visiting since Coa Del Mar opened, and I was not disappointed. The food was wonderful, and the portions are great! I ordered the bread of the day appetizer and their prime rib. The portions are large enough it makes for a great appetizer to share! I would definitely reccomend checking this place out and they have a great happy hour on their specialty drinks.
