Earlybird Breakfast Burritos - Eagle

I'm a fan of breakfast burritos, so when I saw this restaurant on the map I was thrilled to try it out. Maybe I just made the wrong choice by buying the Eggy and Cheesy, but I wasn't in the mood for carne asada or the other options. What I got was about half guacamole, and had little flavor since the other ingredients were tater tots, egg, cheese, tortilla strips, and crema - all very neutral flavors.
I might give this place another try and go with a different menu item, but I can't give what I ate more than 3 stars.

Holy mother effing grail! Happy accident and now I'm pissed they don't have a location closer to Boise. I didn't even look at the menu I just told the cashier to order whatever burrito was her favorite. So I ended up getting the bacon bird. 3 eggs, tator tots, crispy tortilla strips, American cheese, brown sugar bacon, salsa roja, and guac. I added extra salsa on the side.

The tortilla is PERFECTLY browned on all sides giving it the crunchy texture and still having some soft chew. The inside is everything my breakfast burrito dreams are made of. Creamy guac. Sweet morsels of candied bacon, crunchy tortilla strips and tater tots. The flavors all work together in a beautiful dance on my tounge. The rojo salsa is spicy but not overwhelming the Verde is mild but flavorful.

I can't wait to come back and try another burrito. This is now my favorite breakfast burrito in all of Idaho. The wait time to receive food is a bit long but that's because it's so fresh.

I had the breakfast sandwich and my husband had a sausage burrito and they were both wonderful!!

After living in CA for a short year for work, we quickly missed the street burrito and taco food scene after leaving but these guys just brought the Cali burritos to Idaho and nailed it. Without asking, fresh hash browns are stuffed into the burrito!! Yes! So happy to have this place nearby. 10/10 and better than some in CA.

First timer! Ordered through DoorDash. Carne asada burrito with the roja salsa was superb. Packed with lots of food and flavor! Best breakfast burrito I’ve had in the valley. Can’t wait to try more!
