Cool new Taco spot in Eagle. Sit at the bar for the best service. Full bar, awesome Margaritas. Food was excellent, spicy and flavorful. Price was expensive but reasonable for the quality. 10/10 will go back.
Great tacos and burritos! Their chips have a tajin salt which is great and their salsa is very unique and yummy. Personally the Al pastor taco was the best. Kids quesadilla is pretty large with great tots! Margs are great too! A little tight space but they will open the rooftop soon I think.
It’s fun having new options in Eagle and it was worth trying but I’m not sure we will be back.
The queso, guacamole, salsa trio wasn’t worth the price.
The tacos are bigger so I was fine with one but if you were hungry you could order two or three.
I recommend the Al Pastor taco. It was delicious!
I was excited to go to this restaurant, based off of their menu selections!
Before selecting a place to try, I always look over the menu to see how the food is described... and they had my mouth watering from the descriptions.
When we had got there, they had recently opened and so not everything was available... but that really didn't matter because there was so much that we wanted to try. And it didn't disappoint!
We got the: Street Corn Named Desire, Tajin Dusted Chips + Salsa, Korean BBQ Pork Belly Taco, Hot Chicken Taco and the Al Pastor Taco.
Everything was amazing and thought the Tajin dusted chips was a nice touch and different.
We rarely go back to the same place twice, but occasionally some make it on the "go back roster" and this is one of them. We will definitely be going back and recommend that you try out this restaurant!
I went to Spitfire twice during his first week. They have a lot of little kinks to work out as any new restaurant Will. The tacos are awesome! We tried it just about everyone. My favorite is the pork belly taco. You may have to wait, so I highly suggest the chips and queso. I’m not a fan of the salsa, but it’s the style not anything on the food itself. The cocktails are fun and creative. My only complaint is I went two days in a row and the drinks looked and tasted slightly different so they’re still a learning curve. They could’ve been out of ingredients but I’m not quite sure. For example, my husband had the margarita and it was green then the next day my friend ordered the same margarita, and it was black because it had charcoal in it.
The wait time is long if it’s more than two. It seems like it’s OK for kids to sit at the bar so I don’t know if that helps if you can find a spot. There’s only six or seven tables on the inside portion and then a few tables on the patio. Some comments I heard a few people say “they should add more tables” but I’m not quite sure where they would go if they added more tables.
Overall, I give this place a total thumbs up! It’s a nice change an Eagle .
