This is THE classic, go to breakfast spot in Meridian.
The menu is just great. Plain and simple, no excess frills to hid a lack of quality, no bull. Just great food. I’ve been going here since I was a kid and it’s refreshing to see a family business stand the test of time.
The decor is simple but we like it that way. It’s a timeless and comforting feel that could never be replaced by anything else.
When you come in you can expect to feel like family and leave bursting at the seams. Wear your stretchy pants!

Excellent little breakfast place. We told the staff that we only had 45 minutes and they were able to get us this huge breakfast very quickly. Everything tasted wonderful! The enormous pancake was awesome, though next time we will probably get the small one! The eggs were perfect, (i prefer over-medium which is difficult to hit correctly). I would have preferred a bit more crisp to the hash browns, but the flavor of all the food was delicious. We will be coming back, this is the best breakfast I have had in Idaho.

I've heard of this place over & over and haven't gone in, and decided to give it a try today. It's small, but seems to do a very brisk business in the drive through. There was a wait unless we sat at the counter so we did that... Do not recommend that in the winter because you'll need your coat. The coffee is good, fresh and not bitter. The staff are efficient and pleasant. My Belgian waffle with pecans was excellent. The bacon is perfectly cooked. Apparently they make their own doughnuts daily, too. I really enjoyed it, though prices are a bit steep for smaller items, like the waffle was $11. I'll definitely return though. Worth it.

Great place for a breakfast like Mom used to make. The service was friendly and the menu read like a place from Texas! Real middle America comfort food. I had (naturally) eggs and biscuit / gravy. My wife had a very good omelet. This is a must on a morning you want that special breakfast!
