Fiesta Guadalajara

The food was good - not great, staff was friendly, service was a bit slow (the Server explained they were short staffed that night, so no big deal for us). We will definitely give it another try.

We have been loving this Meridian location for almost two decades. Last night we used their banquet room for the first time for a family gathering of about 40 people and absolutely enjoyed the experience. Such wonderful food, fantastic service, great space for our family, and just a great evening.

First time trying here. Husband got the Super Burrito and it was pretty tasty. I got 3 steak tacos and unfortunately the tacos weren’t very full at all. For that price I was hoping for a little more meat. We ordered to-go so we didn’t notice until we got home. I tried emailing them but never heard anything back

Went here with my family for my moms birthday! Food was really good. Margaritas were good. Their Spanish rice is so good!! Service was great. We asked for some hotter salsa & they did NOT disappoint with the hotter salsa! I’m glad they gave us some warning on it. It was extreme for me but two members of my group really liked it. Would go here again.
