Wonderful Staff, Emma was very polite helping me. Another younger lady was deep cleaning the tables which I was very impressed to see. Overall wonderful staff working the 5:50pm at July 6 2024.

Great food, fabulous service from Jake (whose badge said in training) you’d never know it! Very friendly and good family atmosphere! Highly recommend the Steak and Cheese especially with Jalapeños! :)

Good quality sub for slightly above average prices. The service was fast and friendly, especially since we got a pretty big order. The environment however was pretty awful. It seems they are a little short staffed, so I’ll give them some slack, but the floor was coated in ingredients and almost every seat had turkey or lettuce scattered on it. Im sure it’s not always like this.

With chain restaurants, the sometimes feel like just a soulless copy of every other one. Firehouse is a great example of the exception. They're always friendly and the atmosphere is laid back and clean. I ordered via the app and the experience was easy. The food as always was delicious.

Firehouse Subs deserves major props for having the best subs in town – no contest! The Turkey Bacon Ranch I ordered left me speechless; the flavors were out of this world, and don’t get me started on the pickles – a taste revelation on their own!
