Moe Joe's Breakfast Eatery

Im a breakfast guy. This is simply my new favorite place in the treasure valley. You won’t just drive by this place and see it, it’s a bit tucked away but worth the look. Eggs cooked perfectly, crispy bacon, great toast and real sausage that doesn’t look like it was cleaved of the cheapest skinny roll the supplier had. Not impressed by a simple breakfast? Well they have all your favorites and a few surprises. I can’t wait to return so I can try the chile quilles or the hash bowls. Great menu, great food served with a warm smile in a clean and inviting atmosphere. Hat trick, hats off, throw in the towel. If you want breakfast in the Boise area, you want MJ’s.

Delicious food and great fast service !! Hash was delicious,coffee was ok. Definitely go here. I will be returning often. Kendra was our waitress and she did awesome for a group of 8. In and out in an hour. This includes 30 minutes of us just talking and having coffee before we ordered food. Go here for great everything.

Update…. Went back today and Boom !! Delicious again. Biscuits and gravy, chicken and a biscuit, smothers buritto and mimosas. GET THE MIMOSA pitcher . This place is delicious

Moe joes is always a favorite of mine. My friend introduced me to this place years ago and I suggest it to anyone that ever asks for a good breakfast spot. It's a smaller spot so expect a wait on the weekends but that's typical anywhere that's worth going to anyway ;) My favorite is the Smokehouse Hash. But they have really good biscuits, omelets, and my niece loved their lemon poppy pancakes. The staff is always super friendly as well.

Service was very friendly and attentive. Food was okay, I personally wouldn't choose it again over the breakfast burrito place just down the street. They had mimosas which is what brought me in, but those weren't more than okay either.
Something tasted old or overly preserved in my dish. Couldnt quite place my finger on it.

No wonder this place is still around and busy - the food and service are both superb! After looking at the menu, I couldn't decide on breakfast or lunch. I love a good french dip and the picture looked promising, and I was not disappointed! One of the best French dips I've ever had. My husband's finger steaks were equally stellar. My daughter's chicken taquitos were the bomb, and she was so grateful that some of the delicious chili con carne spilled over to her scrambled eggs as well. YUM!
