Pretty mid burrito i cpuld compare it to betos burrito but smaller size and more epensive I had a quesadilla too it was good but I had better, food took around 15 min even that we had no one in front of us pretty slow I would say

You want to know how this food is the BEST?! You will use the spoon they give you to eat every crumb you miss from your taco or burrito.

I’ve seen great posts on Boise Food Finds about this place and have wanted to try it ever since. I finally got to swing by today and they did not disappoint! Me and my husband had the carne asada burrito and our littles shared a side of potatoes. Large portions and very delicious. The best carne asada burrito I’ve had in a while. We will be back!

Delicious tacos. Owner was so nice. And everything was super clean. Definitely a must try.

This is my first time visiting Pop's, and I wish I'd eaten here sooner, this place is awesome! I think I just discovered my new favorite burrito van! I ordered the carne asada burrito, and it is fantastic. Lots of flavor, some decent heat (red sauce), and you can tell it's made with fresh ingredients. I wasn't sure about the diced potatoes, but they pulled it off. Cheese is extra, but it already comes with sour cream and guacamole, so I didn't really miss not having cheese. Ask in all, a great burrito, I'll be back and you should visit too if you're in the neighborhood.
