I had a great customer resolution experience!
They got my order wrong at first, which is totally understandable as it was very busy. I got back to work and before jumping into a meeting I saw I got the wrong food. Finished my meeting and came back an hour after I had gotten the food.
They weren’t able to find my order, but nevertheless they said they’d be willing to remake it for me.
I’m giving 5 stars for the exceptional customer service I received in resolving the issue!
Only thing though: If it’s busy you will be waiting for a while! So just keep that in mind.

The food is good but tacos are so expensive and I just want fresh meat. when I ordered them the meat they gave me wasn't bad but you could tell it had been re cooked from the day before its darker in color and harder to chew it was carne azada if they are going to charge so much just serve fresh meat we can tell when it's not fresh the tacos just aren't good...

This is the place that I am talking about when I ask for Mexican food. Taco truck behind a gas station serving tripe, beef cheek, beef tongue, and all the other OGs. Delicious, DELICIOUS!!! I'll be trying the Nampa location next where they have goat tacos. 🐐

Tried this truck for something different. Delicious food!! Amazing lunch choice

This taco truck offers authentic Mexican food at a great price. I was craving some tacos so I set out and googled tacos near me, this came up first so i gave it a try. I am used to authentic Mexican food and boy did my tacos and tostada hit the spot. The asada is well seasoned and is extra tasty. Tortillas were so perfect, in fact everything was on point. Will certainly be back. The meal below cost ~$6 at time of posting.
