The Settlement Kitchen + Craft Tavern

Happened upon this Restaurant when out for a Drive~ No wait on a Saturday.
I had a Great Burger with Blue Cheese & Bacon Jam + other goodness! Delicious Fries with a topping of cheese & spices, so good & able to take leftovers home!
Another had the BISON Burger, which I tasted & was Excellent, no Gamey taste. Sis had a Salad with roasted Chicken, but said chicken was a little tough~
I would go again just to reorder the Blue Cheese Burger & great Fries!

Asked for Medium/Medium-Rare on the burger and, it came well done. Flavors were wonderful, I'll ask for medium-rare/rare next time. (Overcooking your burger ruins the flavor and texture IMO) I'll give it another try next week. Overall, a wonderful restaurant in Priest River.

Out for Easter Sunday drive and stopped at this little gem. They have great selection of beer and wine. I ordered the fish tacos with a side of pickled onions. The fish was crispy outside with perfectly cooked tender flesh. The slaw, sauce and mango salsa were tangy, fresh and full of flavor in every bite. Can't get over the mango salsa, it was fire! The tacos are quite large and very filling. It's good they double up on the fresh corn tortillas, cause you'll need the extra to hold all the goodness in when you take a bite. The staff were very friendly as well. If you're ever in Priest River you should stop by.

We happened to stumble upon this restaurant while out for a drive. Staff is friendly, decor is modern pub/family friendly vibe, and it’s very clean. I was debating on their Cuban sandwich or the Rueben. Our waitress said the Ruben was her favorite…so I went with that and their special soup of the day, butternut squash. Both were absolutely delicious! Husband got the Mac and cheese and added pulled pork. It was a very hearty meal that he couldn’t finish. We will definitely eat here again when in town.

Ignore anyone who gave a bad review for this jewel of a place!
Amazing food and service was great. You will not go away hungry. Spicy chicken sandwich, best I ever had. Cuban sandwich, hubby loved!
