Flying M Coffeeshop

The people and atmosphere are great. However, they closed for snow, but that's when the public needs them the most. The drink size maxes out at 16oz, which they should go to 20oz. The workers are friendly and it's always clean. Sometimes, if one bathroom is blocked, you have to ask someone to unblock it. They told me it was being cleaned, but it had already been cleaned, and they forgot to unblock it. It's a big deal that both bathrooms are open because coffee is a diuretic. The food choices taste good but mostly unhealthy, not for diabetics. I saw the girl making the no bake cookies with no gloves on, its not a thing if they were baked, they aren't. The normal egg fritters were sold out, so no non sweet food was left to order. Honestly, it's sort of the only decent coffee house at Indian Creek for now. Their strength is in the employees and location.

Coffee was ok but nothing special. Employees were nice and plenty of places to fit. A big gift shop and plenty of seating

Very cute coffee shop! Ordered a vanilla latte and it was fantastic. Great little grab and go options and a huge gift section with unique and super cute items for everyone, kids etc…

Lovely coffee shop in the heart of downtown Caldwell. Cool place to relax on a weekend or to get some work done on a weekday. They have a ton of merch for purchase, with a good number of Idaho-made ones (balms, tallow, etc). Lovely atmosphere

This is a cute little coffee shop in Indian Creek Plaza. We came in Saturday morning at 9am and it was pretty crowded, lots of people hanging out with coffee and breakfast and perusing the shopping section. Live music too!! I wish the space was bigger and had more of a sit down vibe, it was so crowded that we took our coffee to go. It's one of the only spots open in the area before 11am so no surprise that it's busy. Will definitely be back!
