Can't wait for next Friday!

Food was ok. Tea wasn't good and they charged a lot for it. Service was great. Food came out quick and was hot.

Remember the Chinese food place in that small that Grandma and Grandpa use to take you too? Yep. No frills. Just decent Food at a reasonable price. The service is Awesome.

So glad I tried this place. The menu is maybe a little short and it seemed pricey, but everything is expensive right now.
I feel it was reasonable compared to anywhere else, especially considering the quality of the food. It's a typical hole-in-the-wall Chinese food menu, but everything was prepared wonderfully. In fsct it was best Chinese food I've eaten in Canyon County. The fried rice was actually fried, not just cooked then mixed like most others seem to do. The battered food was satisfyingly crisp but not crunchy. Portions were perfect. It was even presented nicely and looked delicious on the plate.

There is definitely room for improvement though. In no particular order:

1) The atmosphere leaves a lot to be desired. It doesn't bother me because food trumps all in my book as long as it's clean, which it was. But some will care.

2) My wife was hoping for lemon chicken, but it's not on the menu.

3) Our daughter needed a diaper change but there was no changing table in the restrooms. She had to do it on the floor.

Just a little effort in these areas would make this place dynamite in my book. The lack of a changing table was a pretty big deal for us. If you're the owner and you read this, please make that happen.

This was our first time here and based on previous reviews. The restaurant was clean,as were the restrooms. We arrived right when they opened, so they were not busy. By the time we left business had picked up. I ordered the chicken lo mein, when I got it,it was not what I expected. Yasmine our server was great and she let me trade it for something else. Overall, we enjoyed the food and service was great. We will go back.
