    My husband brought home some chicken street taco's. Hands down these are legit the best street taco's I've ever eaten. Presentation was nice and tidy. They were fresh and delicious. Bravo!

    Quiet, gooood food. Fast serv8ce and food. Huge torta. It was delicious. The quesadilla had alot of cheese and chicken but no guacamole or salsa, dry.

    Food was very delicious and authentic tasting!
    Only reason for not giving 5-stars all around was I thought the server could've been a little friendlier and welcoming. Also, their parking lot is half paved, half dirt.
    I'd go back again though.

    Before there was a taco truck on every busy street in the treasure valley, there was Tacos Coloma. I have been eating here for 13 years, ever since I moved to Idaho. For a very long time it was one of the only places to get good Mexican food. I have never been let down. You must try them out if you haven’t already.

    Incredible Mexican. Taco truck energy with an inside to sit down! Best tacos in Caldwell and a new personal fav for my wife and I. Highly recommend.
