Had a wonderful dinner here last night, but the service really fell short.

Our waiter was VERY young clearly too inexperienced to be working a fine dining restaurant, he did not check in a single time during the main course — which was very unfortunate as the King Crab legs we ordered were not cut open properly and we were not given any proper utensils to remove the crab meet.

It was also our anniversary which was on the reservation notes, and he must not have noticed and didn’t ask — overall just not an impressive service experience…

Overall great food as usual, just no reason to have young wait staff without YEARS of experience working at the nicest Hagadone restaurant

The food and service were excellent. The NY strip presentation was fantastic and cooked perfectly. The pork chop was also delicious. Typical desserts were tasty but the apple tart was better than the crème brûlée and sorbet.
The restaurant atmosphere was surprisingly noisy so choose your table carefully if you are looking for a romantic experience or prefer to have conversation at lower volumes. The seating between the tables is closer than you would expect for a higher end restaurant. Dinner was $475 with no alcohol for three quests.

Wonderful dinner!! The view was spectacular! Filet mignon burger... delicious! The fall harvest salad was excellent and worthy of the trip there, by itself. We didn't have alcoholic beverages, so I can't speak to those or what it would have cost, but the tea and pomegranate drinks were lovely. We spent around $125 for the both of us. Appetizer, entrees, and beverages, before tip. It was well worth every penny!

The best tuna I have ever had! Hubs had steak and it was great as well. Tim was our waiter and his service was amazing. The view was also spectacular. Prices for the quality of service and food was very fair.
