Came here with family several years ago, and was overwhelmed by heavy use of sugar in all their sauces. They must have read comments about that over time, because it was waaaaay better this visit. Wifey had a nice shrimp lunch special meal for $10.95, and who does that price anymore, right? My Roast Pork Egg Fu Yong was impressive, unique, and more like a meal with a ton of pork. I would sure order that, again. And don't miss their delicious Tempura Squid. Such nice ladies of varying ages run the dining area, and you will feel like a cousin to all of them. Great place...

We come from a state that boast some of the finest Chinese food you can eat. I have to say the dishes that we have tried so far rival some very famous chefs/restaurants that we are accustomed to. The lemon chicken is one of the best you will ever have. Not too sweet, batter was perfect, really stellar. I would say the exact same thing about the Walnut Shrimp. Shrimp cleaned, batter perfect, perfect amount of sweetness. I always order extra vegetables in my chicken chow mien and they make it how I ask for it. The pot stickers (fried) are divine. the meat is so delicate (not mushed together) and the dough itself is extremely thin and perfect.
We have tried many restaurants here and are usually disappointed, but this place is really, really good.
It is true that it does not have a really strong "Chinese Vibe" in their decor, but the food more than makes up for that. Besides Belles for breakfast, this is the only place here that I would truly recommend to anyone.

I finally got around to eating here. I will be back. Service was awesome and the food was good. Probably the best hot & sour soup I have ever had!

The place lacks traditional Chinese architecture and decor (and music), but still a nice clean place to get some good Chinese food. That's probably just a North Idaho thing.

Everything was hot fresh and served quickly. We had pork fried rice, honey walnut shrimp, house chow mein and sweet & sour shrimp.

Great food, decent portions, and friendly staff. The price could be a but lower but still worth every penny. Update 10/23/22 - I'm happy they are open again for dine-in. The food is still too notch and the service is great. The "hot" items on the menu really don't have much spice other than that no major issues.

Update; 1/8/23 - these guys are still very consistent. I had the lunch special with the sweet and sour trio (pork, shrimp, and chicken). It was perfectly cooked! I will give a warning, the sweet and sour sauce is VERY sweet! I can't detect any sour notes at all. We also had the broccoli beef which was excellent!
