Dropped by on a whim with my two daughters for some brunch and wasn't disappointed! Despite there being a few people waiting for seating, we were in a booth within ten minutes. Our server was prompt in taking our order, and after making our order my oldest wanted to know how long it would take to get out food. So for fun, we started the stopwatch and after just shy of 11 minutes, hot food was delivered to our table!
Everything was cooked to perfection, and my usual request of "well done hash browns, but not crispy" was excellently fulfilled.
Had a great experience overall and will definitely be back!
Elmer's has become our go to breakfast place in Coeur d'Alene. Warm, friendly, never a wait, great service and consistently good food and coffee! Roman was our server this morning and he was awesome! Give them a try. Great alternative to long waits and inconsistent food!
Sundays are by far the busiest, but the staff was incredible! The waiter was very patient and the food was very well prepared. The price of the food, was worth the quality! Everything was delicious and the atmosphere was very much so family friendly! Thanks for the awesome experience!
Our first visit to Elmer's and what a great surprise. Wide variety of menu items and was hard to choose. Service was excellent and so was the breakfast. One of us had the chicken fried steak the other one had farmers omelet. Both were hot a good.
Can't wait to go back. The biscuits are light and very good.
We are traveling through and picked this place based on Yelp reviews. It did not disappoint. Everything is obviously made from scratch, which is hard to find these days.
The coffee tastes very good. The German pancake is thinner than expected and tastes very good. We could only eat half of it. The sausage is mediocre. The vegetable omelet had less veggies than I’d hoped, and the zucchini chunks were fairly raw. The hash browns are excellent and chunkier than the frozen stuff. The ham and cheese omelet is large and tasty and includes lots of ham. The pancakes are delicious. The ranch breakfast was also good. The server was prompt and friendly.
