Pachamama Latin Food

Simply wonderful Peruvian food truck located at the food truck court on Best Ave. Lomo Saltado has got to be one of my very favorite meals. I'm not sure there's anything better than rice, meat, fresh onions/tomatoes and fries! Next time I go planning on doubling meat and rice. Thank you wonderful ladies of Pachamama!

If there's one food truck you visit in CDA I highly recommend Pachamama. Not only is ALL her food absolutely phenomenal but she is genuinely the sweetest person ever. You couldn't support a better business 100/10

Authentic and delicious Peruvian food dishes (Peruvian-approved). I had Lomo Saltado and Chicharrón with Chicha Morada. Everything tasted amazing. Looking forward to going back soon to try Ceviche, Chaufa, Empanadas, and all the other awesome Peruvian food options they have.
I absolutely recommend them and if you've never had Peruvian food before, you are in for a treat!

My daughter was treating me to sushi rolls at Raw Dead Fish and I saw the Pachamama Peruvian truck right next door. The menu looked so interesting- I decided to try the Peruvian Fried Rice w/Pork Belly. Very glad I did! Great change from the run of the mill local Pub fare. I asked for Medium spicy which was plenty for me. Generous serving with lots of pork belly chunks! Will return to try more.

Marianella's food is absolutely delicious! Her food is flavorful, fresh & worth every penny. Marianella is so sweet, she has been in CDA for over 15+ years and I'm so happy she decided to share her talent for cooking with us! Everytime I'm there, I learn a little more about the Latin/Peruvian culture, it's truly an amazing local business to give back to.

I am a repeat customer, and I typically get one of the saltado plates (chicken, steak, or veggie), it really doesn't matter what you pick because it all tastes great! Don't leave without getting a slice of her homemade tres leches! It goes fast so grab it when it is available.

For those who are on the go and need food fast, make sure you call ahead for pick up, when I say great quality, it truly is, she cooks everything from scratch so it does take some time to put together.
