Yaki Smoka

The smoked chicken has just the perfect amount of smoke, salt and seasoning. Not sure what chicken breast he's using but it's beautifully cooked. The gochujang and sambal spice was just perfect on the spicy chicken dish. Portion size was perfect. Enough to be full but not murdered. Nice work! Will definitely be back.

Was very excited to try this. Got three bowls with smoked chicken, two yakisoba and one rice. Took over twenty minutes to get our food, so maybe order ahead, if possible. Bowls were good but extremely salty, which I just don't understand. When you have good ingredients why hit it with this much salt? Probably was the sauce but very difficult to eat based on the sodium.

Yaki Smoka, located in the Post Falls Pavilion Food Truck Park, is absolutely delicious! The concept to mixed smoked meat with Asian foods brings the right American flare to delicious dishes. Will be back again for sure!

Great meat, great flavors! A fun fusion of a Smokey taste with traditional teriyaki ingredients.

Portions are kinda small, but one of the better food carts in the pavilion.
