We shared the Italian ham and pastrami sandwich, pretzel, and broccoli cheese soup and we really enjoyed it. Everythimg was delicious. The women who run the sandwich shop were also amazing. Thank so much!

Can't even tell it is healthy...... staff is amazing and fun to chat with as they make your food fresh, I love food and never thought healthy foods were good. However, this establishment has changed my thoughts about it. 10/10 would recommend the best pretzel I have had in a long time. You have to try the blueberry bread. Mmmmm.

I have a gluten intolerance and my younger sister has celiac and we were able to eat everything here! My younger sister decided to even steal my food and she is extremely picky and this was a great experience to have. It may be small and open only a couple of hours but within that time it is great!

James came in shortly after opening, on a Wednesday and really enjoyed it!

We were just talking about missing the heck out of pretzels and then we spotted this place. Such a coincidence! All pretzels and sandwiches are gluten free-- which is unheard of around here.

Shian was super friendly and seemed genuinely excited to be here.

James got a jalapeno cheddar pretzel with the keto cheese sauce and had it warmed up. It was absolutely delicious! It was hard to tell that it was gluten free: dense, moist, flavorful.

It's a little spendy (gluten free usually is) and the hours are very limited. We hope they do well and are able to be open on a Saturday, in the future!

We wouldn't mind coming here with friends.
