Rupert's Restaurant

Stopped by prior to dinner and ordered off the bar appetizer menu. Great service, and the appetizers were all delicious. I ordered everything, but the Parmesan fries. However, even those looked amazing (I had the opportunity to smell them as the waitress passed by my table carrying them over to the bar)! I have enjoyed dinner here before and would recommend dinner as well. This is a great place to dine!

A must stop while in McCall. We had a few birthdays this month to celebrate, so why not do it at Ruperts. Also, on Friday night they do some spectacular fish dishes. Steak and wine were excellent as well. The staff is very friendly, views of the lake are special, a great dining experience.

The food was delicious. My elk meatloaf was just ok. Good flavor, but the carrots within were hard. Other tan that, no complaints. Service was spot on. Highly recommended.

First visit and we fell in love with this place!! Our server Chris was friendly and helpful. Both my husband and I ordered the New York strip and the steaks were cooked as ordered, simply delicious! The warm loaf of bread was perfect while we waited for our steaks and the Caesar salad was just right. We were seated at a table with a wonderful view of the lake, unfortunately we were next to a loud group of ladies so we didn't enjoy the atmosphere as much as we had expected. Nevertheless we had a lovely dinner and plan on coming back.

We went to celebrate our anniversary and I had the tasting menu. The rack of lamb was slightly overcooked and the apricot sauce that went with it was awful. Tasted like fingernail polish remover. However my beet salad and key lime pie were quite tasty. My husband had the Elk meatloaf and really enjoyed his meal. He had the butterscotch dessert which was very good. All in all it was a good meal. Beautiful location with lake view.
